Bedford (pop 6600) is a quiet town in southwest Virginia located between Lynchburg (population 91K) and Roanoke (population 98K). Very low crime rate. Very good school system. Liberty University, a Christian university, and Virginia Tech are nearby. The Bedford YMCA is 200 yards from the office.  Peaks of Otter (3 mountains > 4000 elev.) are within 20 minutes if you like mountain climbing. The Appalachian trail is 25 minutes away.  Smith Mountain Lake is 25 minutes south if you like bass fishing.  Many other hiking trails are nearby with varied degrees of difficulty.

The practice is located on the edge of Bedford directly off the main highway between Roanoke and Lynchburg and is 2400 square feet. Digital X-ray on site. Predominately diversified adjusting and therapies. Practice collected 328K in 2023 working 3 days per week. Income is very stable. Could be much more if worked 5 days per week.
